What data do we collect?
We collect the information you type into one of our forms. Depending on which form you use, that can include your name, your email address, your business name, your website address, and whatever you tell us in a message or a description of what you need. Some forms let you attach a file.
We also record which form you used and which page you were on when you sent it, so we know what you were asking about.
On the live site we use Google Analytics, which collects usage information such as the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you are using. This is used to understand how the site is performing. It does not identify you, and because we store nothing on your device it cannot recognise you on a later visit either.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Google Analytics is configured so that it stores nothing at all on your device — no cookies, and nothing in your browser's storage. That is why this website has no cookie banner for you to click through.
The trade-off is ours rather than yours: because nothing is stored, we cannot tell a returning visitor from a new one, and we would rather have that limitation than follow you around.
If you visited this site before September 2026, Google Analytics cookies may still be sitting in your browser from back then. They are no longer read or updated, and they will expire on their own. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.
How do we use this data?
Collecting this data allows us to stay in touch with you.
Specifically, we may use data:

Marketing emails
We only add you to a mailing list where the form you used told you so at the time. Each form says which list it signs you up to, and the lists are kept separate — being on one does not put you on another. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time.
Replying to your enquiry is not marketing, and we will do that whether or not you have joined a list.
Who else handles your data?
We use a small number of companies to run the website and our email. They only process your data to provide their service to us:
- Netlify — hosts the website and receives form submissions,
- Klaviyo — stores our mailing lists and sends our marketing emails,
- Resend — sends the automatic reply you get after using a form,
- Google Analytics — reports on how the website is used.
These companies are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred and stored outside the UK. They are bound by their own data protection terms with us.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our own business records. If you have joined a mailing list, we keep you on it until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
How do you make a request about your data?
You can contact us to ask us what data we hold about you, who has access to it and how it is being used. You can also ask us to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it for a particular purpose, or to send you a copy of it. We will delete any data about you that we hold if you ask us to.
