  Include the following details in your email:

  • Proof of Purchase – A screenshot or PDF of the Shopify Theme Store purchase confirmation email or invoice.
  • Client’s Store URL – The .myshopify.com link of the store that purchased the theme.
  • Date of Purchase – The exact date the client bought the theme.
