Icons
Takeout comes with 32 icons. The theme editor lists them by name rather than showing them, so this page is the key to which name is which.
They take their colour from whichever colour scheme the section is using, so the same icon looks right on a light background and a dark one.
Where you can use them
- Beside product tagsYou decide which tag shows which icon in Theme settings → Tags, by giving each icon a list of words to match.
- In the announcement barAn icon sits between each repeat of your scrolling message, picked from a dropdown. See Announcement.
- On product page collapsible tabsAn icon sits beside the tab heading, for things like Delivery, Ingredients or Care. See Product page.
Using your own icon instead
The announcement bar and product page tabs both accept an upload. Turn on Use a custom icon and choose an image from your files — the built-in list is hidden while that is on, and turning it back off restores whichever icon you had picked.
Uploaded icons are scaled to match the size of the theme's own icons, so there is no need to resize an image first. They keep their own colours rather than following your colour scheme, so pick something that works against the background you are placing it on.
Tag icons are built-in only — an uploaded image cannot yet be mapped to a product tag.
